Leadership Team had a successful learning experience. They were able to take risks in a safe way. Growth was scene and mastery was demonstrated when they lead the activities for activity day.

With class lists base it more on behavior and less on ability.

There are many contributing factors that can lead to the result. Curious of what could lead to different response such as a specific day or time of day. We would likely score 100% on hot dog day.

The data tells us that we need to focus on a concrete problem solving model that is whole school. It's important for students to understand how to work through the steps.

Creating school wide classroom expectations to support students through the crisis cycle. For example, 5 classroom based steps to take before students are sent down to the office (i.e. alternate work space, break, sensory materials, etc) so that when they come to the office, admin can support through tier 2 strategies.

I suggest continuing to build upon community and a better sense of belonging through community events, more communication with parents and having the expectation that they are more involved with their child's learning. This helps create a better school community where students and caregivers feel safe to attend and they feel that they can be supported in partnership with the teacher/school for their child's best interests in learning.
