The booking can be made by many website such as Agoda, Traveloka, Expledia or Booking.com. Guest also can make direct reservation by came to front desk and book or by telephone. The famous website booking is Agoda and Booking.com. The website company will send their mail to us when the guest confirm their reservation. Then we have to print it out and make a reservation for them on the date and the room they asked for in system.
