         <description><![CDATA[<div>Frederick Winslow Taylor was born March 20,1856 and died <br>March 21 1915. <br>He went to Harvard University. <br>He became a apprentice in a machining shop because his eye sight was going bad <br>he worked at Midvale steel where he became a expert in treating steel which lead to his Taylor white process for tempering steel which revolutionized metal cutting techniques and earned him many medals. he also developed his shop management philosophies which earned him the title Father of scientific management. <br>he also created a system called production or sometimes know as task management for approaching jobs objectively and measuring workflow efficiency.<br><br><a href="https://www.asme.org/engineering-topics/articles/manufacturing-processing/frederick-winslow-taylor">https://www.asme.org/engineering-topics/articles/manufacturing-processing/frederick-winslow-taylor</a></div>]]></description>
