And was consolidated with&nbsp; instrumental treatises, songbooks and dance collection.<br>Musicians became a profession<br>musicians dedicate to composing and performing in public.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Renaissance (from 15th to16th century) started in italy and spread throughout Europe.</div><div>during the centuries, it was characterised by a rediscovery of the culture of classical antiquity, and caused a curiosity they explain the phenomena of nature and human life.&nbsp;</div><div><br><strong>How to recognise Renaissance music:</strong><br>-Polyphonic music predominates; mostly are compositions for four voices.</div><div>-The melody is usually heard in the part with the highest pitch, or it is join with the other parts.<br>-Musical rhythm follows the accentuation of the text.<br>-Vocal and instrumental music aren’t separated<strong><br><br>musicians music and role</strong><br>Music was part of both lives (religious and civic). martin luther promoted the spread of different religious beliefs: nobles, clergy and royalty show their power through music.<br><br></div><div>musicians achieve&nbsp; have more supporters performing for the nobles clergy and royalty.&nbsp;</div><div>They worked in chapels and in the royal and noble courts.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Texture</strong> is the way in which the melody and the harmony of a composition are interlaced together. </div><div>each historical period and style of music is characterised by different texture.</div><div><strong>Monophonic</strong><br>This is a single melodic line. It characterises the<br>music of the East and West until the 10th century.<br><strong>Polyphonic and counterpoint</strong><br>Several melodic lines sound simultaneously. The<br>Parts are independent and often imitate each other.<br>It is a characteristic  of canons and Renaissance music.<br><strong>Homophonic</strong></div><div>The different parts move together simultaneously,<br>forming block chords.<br>-<strong>Accompained melody</strong><br>One part or voice carries the main melody, and it’s accompanied by chords.<br><strong>No melody</strong><br>Music which does not follow pre-established rules.<br><br></div>]]></description>
