         <title>Behavior Clip Chart</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This chart will be used on a daily basis for all students. If a student does not follow directions their clip will be moved down as a consequence for making a bad decision.          <title>The Ten Frame</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A Ten Frame will be displayed on the board and the class can earn a dot into the ten frame by giving 100% participation in class activities, showing great behavior as a whole class, being noticed as a class by other staff, etc. Once there are 10 dots that filled up the ten frame the class gets rewarded.          <description><![CDATA[<div><br>When directions are given and there is a student off task, instead of pointing that student out negatively start with narrating 3 positive specific praise to students around them. Then should alert the student they are off task and will want that positive praise. It will avoid defense in many students and usually get them back on task without having to address them directly. While working independently the teacher can place the critter on the quiet students desk to reward them for doing a good job.
