This is because I think it is an important issue related to our country which is coming out a lot in recent news.

There are many problems with North Korean defectors.
①It is placed in the blind spot of human rights during the escape process.
②North Korea and South Korea are very different from each other, and cultural differences are too big to imagine. It is not easy to change things such as values or beliefs that have been educated since childhood, so retraining is necessary.
③They often abandon their families and places of life and experience extreme loneliness
④Differences in speech and accent, differences in behavior, etc., can lead to teasing and discrimination.
⑤We can feel the relative inferiority feeling in the capitalist situation where the gap of the rich and the poor is severe

To solve this problem
①We need tolerance and consideration to warmly nurture North Korean defectors through the mature citizenship of Korean society.
②Economic and Educational Support: It is necessary to provide economic support and to overcome cultural differences.
③ We must seek cooperation from the international community to protect the human rights of North Korean defectors.

I'm still wondering about how I can become a care center officer for North Korean refugees.  
Of course, the impact of the North Korean refugee on the issue of acceptance is a problem, but I think that living as a person is the first priority.
Therefore, If I work at a support center for North Korean refugees, I will try to focus on the mentoring business so that North Korean refugees can adapt to other society changed quickly.
The center's name will be 'Together With Us' and we will educate all the information, language and culture necessary to live together as a citizen in our country. Twice a week I will get an application from people who need help and help me concentrate.
