I learned methods how to overcome teacher burnout and useful ways to manage everyday stress, especially work related. We had to present the meaning of our names and we learned about the other people’s names. It was very interesting to see how names have different meaning in English and in the mothertoungue and also what emotion or music resonates with one’s name in their opinion.

My favourite activity today was yoga. Taking control of my body and exercising helps reduce stress.

Sharing our inner self is not easy. As adults we hide it under many layers of responsibilities, learnt behaviour patterns and roles we take in life. Why it is so difficult to shed them away and just be me?

Excellent reaction and communication with beautiful people, in a magician natural environment, firstly about the culture and the history of the Guadalupe and then about the effects of our daily work life, which can lead us in burn out.
