         <title>I used to think that microaggressions are always done unintentionally, which makes it difficult to call out because of the seemingly &quot;good intentions&quot; that a person may have. Now I think that despite a person&#39;s intentions, it is important to address when a microaggression has taken place- and it can be a learning experience for everyone.</title>

Now, I think that the more I think about this, it is important to recognized these unconscious factors and remove them to create a more wholesome experience/environment. </div>]]></description>
