Blaming the victim is a practice that lasts century after century in our societies. Stoning the woman for sinning or burning her for adultery despite the fact that in both cases she was raped, sitting her on the stand and questioning her attitude while five men abuse her or asking "why didn't you report it earlier?" to a young woman with bruises on her face, are just a few examples of what has happened since the origin of patriarchy, where the man is not responsible for his sexuality, since it is supposed to be intense and uncontrollable.
