What was the most challenging thing yesterday?

Something that came easily to our team was that we all stuck to the task that we were assigned and we all did our responsibilities. This was the task that came easiest to us. The most challenging thing for us was probably the amount of people we had in our group since we were down a team member. Therefore, we had more roles to fulfill which made it a little more stressful for us but we still got our work done and completed in a timely matter.

What came easily to your team yesterday?

Our time management came easy for us and wasn't a problem at all. We were moving with an urgency the whole class so then time wouldn't have been a deal at all.

What was the most challenging thing yesterday?

Grabbing all the ingredients was definitely the most challenging yesterday. With all the ingredients we had to grab from the front side of the room there were a lot and we kept on having to get more smaller dishes so we can put either the seasonings, oils, and etc.

The most challenging:

- ensuring we had all the ingredients (mise en place)

- remembering certain steps of the recipe

- staying in the lab after finishing

- ensuring our station was clean before Ms. B comes to check

- taking hot items out of the oven

The easiest:

- timing

- dividing of tasks

What came easily to my team yesterday was the roles each of us took on while cooking.

The most challenging thing yesterday was our time management, we made some mistakes that took some of our time away, but we still finished on time.

What came easily?

• We were able to work together really easily and able to successfully make the food. We also did good on time.

What was challenging?

• Keeping order of tasks and and keeping up with cleaning, and having dishes pile up.

1.) Something that came easily to our team yesterday was team work, we all communicated very well and understood our roles but also understood when to help each other out.

2.) The most challenging thing for our team yesterday was cleaning up properly. We didnt know we had bits of food in the drain but when it was checked we noticed it and fixed it.

What came easily to our team was cooking and cleaning, as well as time management. We were on task and kept our station clean. We communicated well with each other and worked together throughout the cooking process. However, the most challenging thing was gathering ingredients quickly and easily.
