It's a perfect place for the kids to play. The speed limit will be 5 mph so no little kids will be hit by a segways
Only nice people in these communities, there won't be those crazy neighbors that you hate. NOTE: Crazy neighbors people will be executed.
Each house will be fitted perfectly for each individual family. The neighborhood will consist on whatever the person living there chooses. There should be zero criticism based on the look or size.

Children are welcome to have. The numbers will be controlled to no more than 5 children.  If you cannot take care of your child they will be given to someone else who will.  Adoption centers are open and will background check you if you want to adopt.  For space reasons every family has two houses. The elderly takes the first house that has less stairs and the second the family and the children will occupy. Families should get along and if not they will be sent to Family Therapy.  Children are allowed to go outside supervised.  If sunny out you must put on SPF 100 sunscreen.  If cold out you must wear a coat and mittens/gloves. People will vote for the leaders, and those leaders will make the laws. The people can vote if they want the laws or not. Cops may not carry weapons, and will only report violators.
8 default rules: 
1. No DWI 
2. No weapons 
3. No killing people (unless they're trying to kill you)
4. No vehicles except segways to avoid serious injury. If traveling long distances, you may request helicopters 
5. You must make the pledge of the Blobfish when you enter the community and
6. No dangerous chemicals (such as paint)(only non-toxic paint is allowed) are allowed, except by leaders.
If these rules are defied, you will get 3 chances. Leaders will vote on consequences (Such as banishment or getting locked in a room by yourself).No physical punishment allowed except for executions (under extreme cases). All executions will be painless.
7. Each person must exercise at least 30 minutes each day.  To keep everyone in health and shape.
8. No harming blobfish, including eating them

First, regarding location of educational centers, Preschool and elementary schools will be near residential districts, being close to parent and guardian homes and high schools and universities will be close to each other so high schoolers can take college courses without going far from campus. They can also take regular field trips and lessons there. Our school system fixes the problems of dystopian school systems by instead of cooping students in a classroom all day, most of their time will be used studying outside and fitted with regular breaks and give them very reasonable freedom. Our city has sunshine almost every single day and students can get regular exercise. Their is only a small office building for school supplies. Universities will maintain dorms and still have most classes inside. We have excellent teachers and students choose which teacher they want to have since each teacher has varying personalities while still getting the job done. They will take field trips to enlighten their minds about our utopia and will learn basic skills they will need later in life. School is 8 hours a day with a 1 hour lunch, 1 and half hours of naptime with regular 10min breaks throughout. It won't even feel like SCHOOL! Students get brought to school through first class schools jumbo segways generously donated by our carpenters. School starts at 10:00 and there are 3 buses that pick up everyone but are very large. School is 4 days a week. There will be no school on National Blobfish Day (February 28) July 1st to August 31 is summer vacation. 1. NO  PHONES ALLOWED. People need to get outside more and enjoy nature. Although for one exception each house will be allowed one house phone. This house phone will not be aloud to make a call for more than 30 mins.

2.  Construction vehicle or electric tools will be only be available to certain people who one have a certified licence and two you must have permission from the government. ( if you are an ordinary person and you want to use a electric screwdriver, NO!! You can not be lazy you must use a manual screwdriver! This applies for other rules as well)

3. Basic living uses of technology is ok, for example, fridgers, ac, stoves, coffee makers, ovens, toaster ovens...

We will not have advanced technology for daily use only for special use only.

The people will be living a simple life.

Most people spend 20  hours on recreation each week.  What most people do for fun is play outside with their friends.  Sports for recreation is greatly encouraged. The government does not control what the citizens do in their free time as long as they exercise 30 minutes a day. The only vical aloud is segways for many reasons. No pollution, less accidents, and slow speed limit. Each family member is aloud to one a segway if they are 8 and older. If they are under than 8 you can get a add on or baby seat to the segway to make it fit more people. And you must waer a helmet no matter what age you are.

School transportation will have no buses but just jumbo segways.

For long transportation hellecopter can be requested. To be a driving of a helecopter you must be certified by the government.

Government offishal. These people are vary important, thyer run Yanto Kimanto. The type of people have to be special they are like god, exept there not gods. The people will be chosen for the job bye the people of the utopia. No training needed

Sagway school driver. They drive kids to school. You have to be nice and love kids! You can not be mean to the kids! You will be chossen after a long background check is proseded. They are trained by go to s strick class of learning how ti drive.

Technition. These people fix all technolgy. These people need to have a high tolerance to frusterstation, and must be really smart! This is a self buissnes. They must go to collage and there buissus must be checked and proceted bye government.

Sagway macanic. These people fix all sagways. They need to know what they are doing because people ride theses thing, we do not want any crashes. These people need to care for the conmunity so they dont "accidently" screw up the car. People are chossen for this job by procceding there dream.. You need to go to sagway macanic training school.
