Kılıçarslan Secondary school situated in the city centre of Samsun provides education about 700 students aged between 11-15 with 65 experienced teachers and professional managerial staff. Our institution is relatively a new school . It started education in 2012, but moved to its new building in 2015. Our students follow a general curriculum. In order to minimise the school failure and early school leaving and fulfill the need of them in cognitive and affective meaning  we offer a great many of extracurricular activities and courses such as arts, chess, drama, Turkish folk dances courses as well as the sports activities. We have taken place in many local and national competitions in these areas. Our Institution has located in one of the biggest and developed city of Turkey, However regarding the environment that it settled, It includes the socio-economically disadvantaged pupils. Nonetheless, they are open to innovation,ready to be boasted their productivity up and available for improvement in many ways. Using the project based education and technology, We set an objective of advancing in academic, social, cultural and sport areas. In order to make our students ready for a bright future and broden their viewpoint, we have been maintaining many project in national and international  areas.
