Project challenge: To significantly help call center agents avoid highly negative thoughts or utter burnout during their incredibly hard workday, taking into account exceptionally difficult calls, immense pressure, and a complete lack of empathy from supervisors since metrics are constantly prioritized over the agents’ emotional and mental well-being in their day to day work

Step 1 - Create a process board:

Both professional counseling and emotional support are always provided to all staff members. Intensive mental health workshops are organized weekly to significantly reduce negative thoughts.

A 10-minute "cool-down" break is automatically assigned after either a rude customer or an exceptionally stressful call.

Verbal abuse and customer aggression are easily reported through a new digital system.

A completely positive work environment is created because empathy and motivation are shared by supervisors. Step 2 - Add a "Before the Innovation" section:

Far too much pressure was generated by supervisors to meet high metrics. -A lot of verbal insults were received by agents every day.

All the employee complaints and stress levels were entirely ignored by the staff.

Negative thoughts were constantly developed by utterly demotivated agents.

Very little psychological support was offered after toxic interactions.

What must be done: Immediate psychological support must be provided to all staff members after a toxic interaction. When a customer has insulted an agent, an automated 10-minute "cool-down" break must be assigned right away. We need to look into human resources data to guarantee that mental health is never completely ignored again.

What should be improved: The cold management style of the supervisors should be improved immediately. They should be trained to offer some genuinely positive feedback and motivation instead of just demanding high metrics. Also, daily wellness workshops should be considered so agents can learn how to manage their emotions before lines get totally full.

What can be done: To figure out a real solution for the constant stress, a new digital reporting system can be implemented. Through this tool, rude clients can be reported easily, and the data can be used to cancel services for reincident abusers. This way, a safer environment can be built for everyone.

Adjustments that migth/could/may be made: To settle on a final strategy, flexible schedules might be made for agents who have been struggling with extreme exhaustion. Furthermore, peer-support groups could be organized during the shifts, so team members can choose either professional counseling or a talk with a colleague. Both options may be used to completely eliminate negativity and bring back motivation. By: Luna Fonseca

Identifying missing information at the beginning of the process is absolutely necessary to avoid unnecessary follow-ups and delays. Some additional adjustments could be made to really improve system performance and communication with customers. Investigators have to follow clear procedures, but they don't have to spend time on repetitive tasks that can be automated. At the same time, teams must not depend on inefficient manual processes, since they can slow down investigations and increase the risk of errors. With these improvements, investigations may become faster, more accurate, and more effective for both employees and customers. As a result, the dispute investigation process can become very effective, providing better service and faster resolutions for customers.

digital Animation and Motion Graphics Process

BEFORE THE INNOVATION

Animations were created manually, so the process was much slower and more difficult.

Files were saved in different places, and sometimes important information was lost.

Communication problems were caused between team members, which made collaboration quite challenging.

Visual effects were added one by one, which consumed a considerable amount of time.

Many creative ideas were limited because advanced digital tools were not used.

Project deadlines were missed because the workflow was not organized correctly.

More digital tools should have been considered to create a more efficient animation process.

MY DIGITAL ANIMATION AND MOTION GRAPHICS PROCESS

First, the main idea and the storyboard are created digitally to organize the animation process more clearly. This step is extremely important because it helps define the direction of the project.

Then, the characters, illustrations, and graphic elements are designed using digital art and animation software. Creative concepts are developed through a highly organized workflow.

After that, the animation is produced with motion graphics tools, and different movements and transitions are added to make the project much more dynamic and engaging.

Next, visual effects, colors, sounds, and details are included carefully to improve the final quality of the animation. These elements create a really attractive visual experience.

The files can be organized automatically in cloud platforms to improve teamwork and communication, making collaboration much easier.

More creative effects and modern animation techniques should be added to make the projects more professional and visually appealing.

Some adjustments could be made during the editing process to improve timing, colors, and visual transitions and achieve better results.

Finally, the video is exported in digital format and shared with clients, companies, or social media platforms.

A final quality review must be done before the project is published or delivered to the client. This final step is absolutely essential to ensure a highly professional result.

Jhon Heyder Sastre Martinez
