First day I faced very nervous to participate because of stage fear, lack of fluency in speaking in English. Second day I forwarded by taking participation with one word answers. Third day I improved little bit from one word answers to a complete sentence. Next forth day, I participated and reflected my perceptions with more than one sentences. I participated in discourses and got it improvement I'm my speaking skills in English. Because of today's education system gives preference only grand s. They did not given any scope for physical fitness and peacefully of mental fitness.
So, government must to include the sports education in curriculum.
2. I spent this hole of this week with joyful learning something new.Even take story telling of HAMEEN HUQEEN . Self learning in education solution found by SUGITHA MITRA. Somany people are talented in such sports and games events told by ASHWINI NACHAPPA who are national and international champion in track and field.
3.Now iam better speak in English than first day of my course entry.
4.I learn from story telling by Hameen Haque's is a story should be cotrest, characters, truth in story and emotion and feeling s.I learn from the new places is calture ,foodhabbits ,living of life system,and How this place is famous?

Now let’s have a look how Human beings are responsible for destroying nature.
There are many factors in destroying the nature. They are Natural calamities like EARTHQUAKES, VALCANIC ERRUPTIONS, CYCLONES, OVER FLOODS, and OVER POPULATION IN ANY RACE AND HUMAN BEINGS AND THEIR GREEDY AND BAD PRACTICES.
But majority portion of destruction is done by human beings mainly.
Ecosystems, the fabric of life on which we all depend, are declining rapidly because of human actions. But there is still time to save them.
Human pressure on nature has soared since the 1970s. We have been using more and more natural resources, and this has come at a cost.
If we lose large portions of the natural world, human quality of life will be severely reduced and the lives of future generations will be threatened unless effective action is taken.
Over the last 50 years, nature's capacity to support us has plummeted. Air and water quality are reducing, soils are depleting, crops are short of pollinators, and coasts are less protected from storms.
Since the 1970s, Earth's population has doubled, and consumption has increased by 45% per capita.
The world is increasingly managed in a way that maximises the flow of material from nature, to meet rising human demands for resources like food, energy and timber.
As a result, humans have directly altered at least 70% of Earth's land, mainly for growing plants and keeping animals. These activities necessitate deforestation, the degradation of land, loss of biodiversity and pollution, and they have the biggest impacts on land and freshwater ecosystems.
The main cause of ocean change is overfishing, but 66% of the ocean's surface has also been affected by other processes like run off from agriculture and plastic pollution.
Live coral cover on reefs has nearly halved in the past 150 years and is predicted to disappear completely within the next 80 years. Coral reefs are home to some of the most diverse ecosystems on the planet.
The number of alien species - species found outside their natural range - has risen, as humans move organisms around the world, which disrupts and often diminishes the richness of local biodiversity. This, combined with human-driven changes in habitat, also threatens many endemic species.
In addition, fewer varieties of plants and animals are being preserved due to standardisations in farming practices, market preferences, large-scale trade and loss of local and indigenous knowledge.
Nature also benefits humans in non-material ways. We learn from it and are inspired by it. It gives us physical and psychological experiences and supports our identity and sense of place. But its capacity to provide these services has also diminished.
What's causing it?
The loss of ecosystems is caused mainly by changes in land and sea use, exploitation, climate change, pollution and the introduction of invasive species.
Some things have a direct impact on nature, like the dumping of waste into the ocean.
Other causes are indirect. Those include demographic, economic, political and institutional arrangements underpinned by social values, and they interact with one another.
For example, vast areas of land managed by Indigenous Peoples are experiencing a decline in ecosystems at a slower rate than everywhere else. But the rights of Indigenous Peoples are being threatened, which could result in faster deterioration of these areas. This would have a detrimental impact on wider ecosystems and societies.
Coral reefs are bleaching at an unprecedented rate.
The growing physical distance between supply and demand means people don't see the destruction caused by their consumption.
'Before the Industrial Revolution, people had to look after the environment around them because that's where they got their products from,' says Andy. 'If they didn't look after it, they would face the consequences.
'Now with globalisation, we have massive environmental impacts a long way from where we live. But we are insulated from these impacts, so they are abstract to us.'
Overseas trading also creates and increases inequality. The pressure for material goods comes mostly from middle and high-income countries and is often met by low to middle-income countries.
For example, Japan, US and Europe alone consumed 64% of the world's imports of fish products. High income countries have their own fisheries but most of these have collapsed.
How to overcome this? By following these steps we can overcome . They are

1. Global sustainability: The whole world shifts towards sustainability by respecting environmental boundaries and making sure economic development includes everyone. Wealth is distributed evenly, resources and energy are used less, and emphasis is on economic growth and human wellbeing.
2. Regional competition: There is a rise in nationalism with the focus mostly on domestic issues. There is less investment in education, particularly in the developing world. High-income countries will continue exporting the damage, resulting in some strong and lasting environmental destruction for future generations to deal with.
3. Economic optimism: The world puts faith in new and innovative technologies that are still to be invented, which help us cope with environmental problems. Emissions will continue, but with the idea that technology will mitigate them. There will be stronger investment in health and education, and global markets are reasonably integrated with shared goals.
Combating the loss of ecosystems is going to be complex and will require a nexus approach. This means thinking about how different components of the problem such as nature, politics and socioeconomics all interact with one another.
The way to avoid some of these issues may be to focus on regenerating and restoring high-carbon ecosystems such as forests and wetlands. Similarly the need for food could be met by changing dietary choices and reducing waste.
Switching to clean energy is an important step which would allow other changes to happen more easily. Obtaining coal and gas involves destroying vast amounts of land and seascapes as well as polluting the environment beyond extraction.

I could come to know from the video that the courage is nothing but refusing unlawful things softly and opposing by non-violence with obedience. Now I would like to share a few things on Gandhi ‘s speech over courage.
Mahatma Gandhi showed great moral courage in many ways. The first way that I think that Gandhi showed moral courage was nonviolence because he stood up and fought for India’s independence with that soft and powerful weapon . Despite the threats from certain groups of people that were against Gandhi's movements and beliefs. Gandhi was non-violent even when he was faced with violence. He did not believe that any situation should have violence. Gandhi thought that people lacking in moral courage were harmful to themselves and the society. People that lack moral courage are cowards because they are afraid to own up to their mistakes. They do harm to their fellow people because they lie instead of standing up for what is right. Gandhi showed moral courage and stand up for what he believed in. This ended up costing him in his life. As a result we are enjoying the fruits of his life sacrifice. Gandhi made the decision to leave his home country, India, even though he knew that this would most likely make his elders angry.
Gandhi faced discrimination when he lived in South Africa but he chose to try and change their perception of people of colour instead of letting it get him down. When he was attacked by a mob of white people in Durban, he refused to press charges against the attackers. He said that it was one of his principles not to seek redress for a personal wrong in a court of law. Gandhi did not give up on his lifetime goal to generate peace, freedom, and equality all around the world no matter the risks and consequences of his actions. He never used violence in any of his protests, not even when the police were arresting him, and still gained his ideals of freedom and equality.

Violence is born from a wounded spirit. A spirit burned and blistered by the fire of arrogance. A spirit shrivelled and shrunk by feelings of inferiority. The rage that results from injured self-respect, from humiliation, erupts as violence. The American civil rights leader Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. was a follower of Gandhi's philosophy. He declared that a person whose spirit is in turmoil cannot truly practice non-violence. He believed that
1. Humility is born from a healed and peaceful heart.
2. Willingness to listen to others is born from humility.
3. Listening to others and mutual understanding is born from a willingness.
4. And From mutual understanding, a peaceful society will be born.
In my point of view Nonviolence is the highest form of humility; It is supreme courage. The essence of Gandhi's teachings was fearlessness. Mahatma Gandhi taught that "The strong is never vindictive" and that dialogue can only be engaged in by the brave.

In the 1st week i feard bit after 2nd week i practiced and respond in the discussion program.

This week's thematic session Gave me a wonderful memory . By doing a discourse, I felt happy to take part in the interview as a role of Muniba.
The mouse and the pencil, the librarian of Basra stories are very interesting.
Due to this session courage I can said that the courageous stories filled me some courage in me and made me to think about doing things with courage and bravery.

I watched the movie AMORA. It was really a very good short film. I enjoyed the movie thoroughly. Now I would like to share a few words on this movie.

AMORA was a short film based on a real life couple’s First date. It was a simple story about an Excitement, Innocence and Hope. The tittle “AMORA” was taken from Spanish. It means Love, a strong interest and pleasure on something. The story went on a conversation between a couple who dated at first at in a park.

The characters (Hero and Heroine) in the story became friends on face book. They both became friends with in no time. The spent most f their time on chatting, texting and talking on phone. One day they wanted to meet in a park. The hero comes a little earlier. He dreamt himself how their meeting would go. They went for a walk and came to know about each other. They sat on the bench. She said that she was going to write about an article which describes “Souls walk out of the body and talk”. While their conversation was going on, he received a call . Surprisingly, the call was from heroine who was talking to him up to then. When he looked beside him, she wasn’t there. Then he realises that it was just an imagination.

From this story we could come to know that our intension and strong feeling form a real illusion.

I understood how to enrich our language proficiency. I learnt a lot from this course. I got self confidence through this programme to talk in English as and when required. I try my best to implement in classroom situations at our school .
I hope ELEC level 2 would start soon after completion of level 1 course.
