It motivates me very much to organize the work of the pupils by planning small groups and projects. The pupils really like it, they establish the roles and try to solve relational problems. I like my work. I try to apply many inclusive teaching strategies. I run every year on etwinning projects, I think they are very interesting and stimulating and creative for me and pupils. Children also see directly how they relate to each other: "Yes always relate with kindness ". In recent times it is very important to point out healthy habits and rules of behavior by applying them. The etwinning projects also help to actively program CLIL activities. The platforms I try to use are: Learning app-code.org-learning designer, padlet, snappy words. I always try to organize activities in small groups. There are many difficulties to deal with , but there is a lot of will and motivation to solve the difficulties because the children are very motivated. All this requires continuous preparation, effort, mediation, sharing, "changing heads"

Open eTwinning - Evaluation Criteria
There are 6 evaluation criteria when creating an eTwinning project: 1) Innovation and Creativity; 2) Curricular integration; 3) Communication and Interaction among partner schools; 4) Collaboration among partner schools; 5) Use of technology; 6) Results, impact and documentation. Identify one of the criteria on the Padlet and explain what things you would put in place as part of a project to ensure a high score in that criterium.
In my opinion, all the criteria are important but, in my opinion, the most important criterion is the willingness to plan and struggl with small steps for the good of the child and the community, referring to children also their weaknesses and difficulties. For example, I am an etwinning member, I joined the "Prehistoric site" project. For the first time I had problems registering my class, the children saw my difficulties, my willingness to participate for their own good, they noticed how I collaborated with the administrator and how she helped me

It is always very difficult to collaborate. It asks for will, it requires effort, it requires preparation, it requires self-control, knowing how to listen and even speak. It is not completely spontaneous and natural. It requires professionalism. I look for it in my work with difficulty. The school is big, it is difficult to exchange ideas and projects. Last year, for example, due to lack of cooperation in completing the form, we did not take the recognition of "Scuola etwinning". I do not know if we will succeed this year

Abstract: 1) we would like to organize an interdisciplinary work - 2) we would like to promote individual and small group work 3) we will dedicate time to expressive reading and recitation of texts of various kinds, written and reworked in a creative way by the pupils themselves. 4) The theme we would like to deal with would be: "the seasons" (understood also and not just as "the seasons of life" and as a reflection of one's mood) .5) We would like to look into the structural aspects, choose and select texts after having them researched in books and on the internet 6) produce papers

Goals: 1) Communicate orally and kindly, understand deliveries, help those in distress, 2) expressively ("like an actor"); 3) create a peaceful comparison on what has been read, 4) write (in small groups and individually) various types of text in a coherent and coherent way) 5) produce thematic drawings in various ways 5) use some programs in the web
