         <description><![CDATA[<div>When it comes to assessments, I give students their pre-assessment and post-assessment score. We talk about how much they grew (percentage wise) and what they did that may have contributed to their growth that they should continue working on. We also talk about what didn't work and what we can work on in order to keep growing. Students then set goals as to what they want to focus on working on in order to grow in the next unit.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
