It didn't fit into any category, and I loved that. The sounds and energy completely blew my mind. I saw them the following summer at Lollapalooza at Waterloo Village in NJ. I also saw Nine Inch Nails at that show, which was like nothing I've ever seen/heard before. It was such an exciting time for music.

She really liked electro/rave stuff at the time like Crystal Castles and Die Antwoord. She also really liked weird synths like in Gooey by Glass Animals and Don’t Look Back by Telepop Musik. But she blasted Vogue the most and it’s a really happy song for me.
