With PC, each new verb requires the 1,2,3 rule: subject, helping verb, past participle.  J'ai joué au tennis et j'ai fait la cuisine.  You cannot leave faire in the infinitive....

Nice!   For days of the week, when you have the article "le" it changes meaning to be "On Sundays or on Saturdays" as in on an ongoing basis.  To indicate a particular time as you do here, just say "Samedi, j'ai fait XYZ"

Also, I would say "j'ai fait une promenade".
