This relates to Magic becuase the juice from the flower is magic and this is a prominent theme of A Mid Summer nights dream.

Oberon's comment is talking about how the magical flower will hit Demetrius eyes and will wake up and will fall madly in love with the first person he sees. He is under the love potion as he will turn lovesick for the first person.

After Puck transforms Bottom's head into a donkey's head, everyone runs away from Bottom, thinking that he is some sort of monster. In reality the "monster" is actually Bottom and he doesn't really have a donkey's head, its a illusion created by Puck as a prank.
