My hobbies are cooking, playing guitar, listening different kind types of music, watching movie, bonding with family and Playing Basketball.

I'm excited to be a student-teacher in the coming year. I am looking forward to meet and learn with younger generations. I would be grateful to be connected with like-minded individuals!

My topic was 'Exercise and Sports Training: Different Types of Exercises, Training Principles, Basic Principles of Training and Other Principles of Training.

First, I introduced myself and clearly stated the objective of the lesson. Then, I initiated a dynamic stretching/ warm-up.

After that, I discussed the content of the lesson. Also, I had a class activity and assignment was given after.

I have realizations and areas of improvement. Some are the following:

• Considering how I addressed the diverse learning needs of the students

• Reflect on any adjustments made during the session to accommodate different learning styles

• I have to evaluate the effectiveness of the instructional materials used

• Reflect on whether the technology enhanced or detracted from the lesson

• Reflect on my own emotions and reactions during the demo

• Consider any moments of confidence or areas where I felt challenged

These reflections helped me gain valuable insights. These can foster me into continuous improvement and professional development.

This subject helped me identify specific technological tools and resources used for teaching. When used strategically, technology can significantly enhance the teaching and learning experience.
