It had been my first long route on bike in my entire life. I think the banner was iconic because every team who had gone there can remember it until now. It was taken when I arrived to the main square of Cañete, after 8 hours of riding. After seeing hundreds of cyclists doing the same thing than me, the final picture is always so powerful and evocative, because represents all your effort with your partners.

As I said, it looks like a beautiful day of spring vacation. Although it doesn't look like the best photo of all, the story behind this photo is that in this new year I went to Autisha canyon with my cousins and friends, but this photo is special because the view that was there at 3 in the morning, is the most beautiful and evocative I have ever seen in my life and when I see it again I remember the stars, the campfire, the moon, bleak landscape, it was definitely a great trip that I would repeat.

Furthermore, since I was a child I have always treasured to discover what lies beyond the surface of the sea, and this is one of the reasons why I chose the career I am studying. On the other hand, I like the filter I used to take the photo, because it gives it a vintage look and it's like a memory I want to take with me everywhere. Since that day, I've been taking more photos using that filter and I'm saving up to buy a Polaroid camera.

This was the first time that my family managed to travel abroad together. 
It was taken in July 2019 in Colombia, and I remember I was going through a tough time because of depression and this trip literally changed my whole frame of mind at the time. I was so happy to be there with all my family that I didn’t even have time to be sad or depressed. 
After this trip, I haven’t experienced an episode of depression that was hard to cope with. Definitely one of the moments that I’ll never forget. I’m hoping to repeat a trip like that once more.

It also shows the beautiful sky and the ideal composition with the green areas. The story behind this image is that together with my family we traveled a few days before Christmas, and that is why in this place we had to climb to the top of the montain to see the figure of a puma inside the lagoon. I clearly remember that at that time I was relaxed. In addition to the altitude, the weather was also an annoying factor. This is one of my favorite photos because I've always liked to appreciate clear landscapes and also because they bring a new vibe of peace. It was a trip with my family, which is always meaningful for us to always keep great memories.

I know, a bit ironic isn't it? maybe it's not the one I like the most of me, and although many may agree that it's not very well composed and not very meaningful, despite all that, it's me the person who is there, that makes it significant enough for me, and although it's not me on a nice trip, nor with my closest friends, but it's me in a perfectly ordinary situation, doing a quite standard day to day stuff, and I reckon that for a selfie taken in front of a dirty mirror it's not bad at all.

Also, I'm not much of a photo filter person, however, I decided to give myself a chance with this pixel effect for an inside joke related to the promotion of my favourite series. Since a few days ago the cast of the series started posting pictures of them in pixels. I really appreciate the aesthetics it portrays, someone who knows me can distinguish that it's me in there, they can perceive the meaning I want to project with this, I hope you can too.

She used to be so playful at those years, nevertheless, when I take the photo, her behavior changed completely and I could take the photo. It was taken when I was about six years old when I travelled to Pucallpa and I treasured that moment as one of the most dangerous/ exciting experiences I've had. My dad the guide and I were touring when we saw a cart holding on a metal rope and on the other side there was a waterfall very well known called "velo de la novia" and we took the risk of using that cart pulling it mannually with the rope in order to get there. The squirl was very playful and curious and didn't stay still. One of my friends started to make sounds and suddenly the squirl stopped moving and I saw my opportunity. It was totally humorous because, in order to be iconic, we use the characteristic color of every single Powerpuff Girl on our dresses. It was completely fun because it all started as a joke, but at the end we actually did it. We were laughing when the photographer was taking the picture and we believed that we were like celebrities.
I really appreciate that night because we don't see us as much as we use to do before pandemic, and this picture also reminds me how lucky I am for having friends as crazy as me.

This photo in particular was the first time my family and I went to a road trip after the lockdown. It was taken while we were going to Nieve Nieve, which is 4 hours far from Lima, and, in which place there is a natural viewpoint. Blas, my dog's name, was so curious once we arrived the placed. However, the dog neighborhood wasn't as friendly as I thought. Something curiously amazing about the place is that near to the viewpoint there was a ancient civilitation. I consider this picture one of my favourites for two reasons. The first one is because I wasn't expecting much about the place, but, by lucky and accident, It turned out in one of the most enjoyable weekends so far.
