Today is my exciting first day of internship at heritage spa . I registered at 10.00 am sent by my family.
as required by the company . The manager is mdm. Rina ,she was gentle but clearly she told me everything about the rules and regulations.she introduced her staffs and all the facilities that available for us. talking about customer. i have face so many type of customers. some of them are nice and quite, some are rude and look down on the spa therapist job, some trying to take advantage, trying to do harassment and even ask ,we offered other services(sex).
i am sorry, but i have a terrible experinces when facing the peninsular malaysia customers if compared to the customers from international.They look at us like we dont have education or no choice than become a spa therapist. actually, yes i am the only workers who have degree but the others are also have certificates in therapist which they paid thousands ringgit to get to the highest level. they started from level 1 until 6. all of the other have at least spm and stpm and fluent in english. no matter what, sadly customer always right! anyway is it a good reminder to me, never look down on other people works, as long as it is halal.
