In this video of Kobe's Bryants motivation Speech he speaks of many obstacles he faces early in his career. One gritty person characteristic he shared was complete focus <mark>intetrest</mark>. his interest level in achieving his goals was clear. Another Characteristic he shared was <mark>practice</mark>. Practice was a clear love for his goals and a necessity to them being achieved.He expressed hoe practice made him better and prepared him for tuff situations.
