         <description><![CDATA[<div>mars first began to lose its atmosphere when it was hit by solar winds. that soar wind is able to grab ions (part of the atmosphere.) and shoot them off into space, or knock them into the planet at high speeds nocking other things off the planet.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>mars lost its magnetosphere because of water giveing off its hydrogen. when water lost its hydrogen the hydrogen went down into the mantle, doing so caused convection (<a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1x-ko-UFMlSeijm2wHo6ZiTQ34CM-yK07H8Wxtz0iZDc/edit">https://docs.google.com</a>)to stop working. hydrogen is less dense than melted iron so the melted iron couldn't go back to the center to get heated back up therefor stopping convection forever.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>mars's soil is red because its soil has iron oxide(rust)in it. there is liquid water on mars, as well as frozen water. most of the liquid water on mars are brine pools(very salty water), the only reason the brine pools are frozen is because the salt lowers the freezing point.</div>]]></description>
