He decided that on the campus he was working at, he would convert a dumpster into a livable space for him. He lived in this for around a year and he said he has never been happier. He made this because he was tired of the "noise." He said that he would be bombarded with emails and he was just tired of it. He even sold most of his belongings because they could not all fit in it.

Would I do this? For the outline of the glass door, I decided to go with the black outline because I think it looks nice. For the roof, I am going with a light grey color to go with the windows. For the inside, I decided to put in a sliding door for privacy when I need it. Land is a barrier to overcome because land is pretty expensive when it comes to excavating or changing shape.  Buying Failed "perk test" land is pretty cheap but does come with its problems.
2. Loans are another barrier that you must overcome. Banks want to you to take risks because they know that if it doesn't work out, then you owe them their money back plus interest.
3.Abiding by the laws is good. But, if there is something you are willing to do but it may not necessarily be legal, then there are of course some consequences.  
4. Social Pressures is an obstacle because even though you may like, others could think that its not a good idea and people could think of you differently for going through with it.

Also time management is good because you can set a time period of how long it could take to predict the possible completion.
2-Their time is important because they are working for you and they need their own space and time to be able to work on the completion of the home.
Consumables are important to buy because new consumables are required in order for your home to be built safely.
4-Tools are important because in order to construct some parts of the home, you will need the right tools to get the job done.
5-New trailers may be the best option because you will end up spending just as much on the new one as you will have done on the old one repairing it.
6-Many peoples basic penny homes only consist of basic kitchen appliances. But, the ones with the better budget consist of a tumbleweed style kitchen which consist of the more premium appliances.
