The tabel of contents is the thing in the front of the book it shows you what page to go if you don't want to read the hole book. When I was reading the book I found a graph of water in the desert the lees of water they have get was in January with only 1 mm the most was in Agustin with 306 mm.an index is in the end of the book it shows you how yo spell the words.

In the book it said that a plover goes inside a crocodile mouth to clean its teeths and that's a part of an ecosystem .they are interdependent.

According to beavers the y help other animals for "example stilt builds up in ponds behind their dams when beavers move on the dams break down as the water drains the stilt enriches the soil and a fertile valley is left . Beaver ponds create needed wetlands these wetlands become habitats for waterfowl ,mink,muskrats and otters and Canada geese and other animals.
