These different platforms can better analyze the learners performance and adapt the pace and level of difficulties regarding the lessons. These platforms can better help the students and incorporate speech recognition and instant feedback for the students. </p></li><li><p>Computer-assisted language learning facilitates cross-cultural understanding by learners' knowledge and skills related to different cultures. Educators can implement this into students learning with the support of speech-to-text recognition and computer-aided translation. These can help students communicate and receive instant feedback.          <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>This supports the theoretical and pedagogical formation of differentiated instruction. </p><p>It promotes students to be academically successful and develop the proper second language acquisition when used appropriately.</p><p>It can also help support second language acquisition through making connections within the classroom to real life. The more we know </p><p>about our students the easier it is be more culturally mindful of the content we present as well as the things we say and do within</p><p>the classroom. </p></li><li><p>The professor in the video specifically mentioned being competent in the 5 C's or C to the fifth. This means being competent when considering </p><p>Critical Cross Cultural Communicative Competence. This means to be aware of your students cultural backgrounds making notes of</p><p>social, political, and economic standpoints in a sense of power relations. This also means that teachers should develop a culturally responsive pedagogy </p><p>that empowers learners and educators to make meaningful connections between classrooms, local and global communities for a world that is sustainable,</p><p>just and prosperous. </p></li><li><p>CALL is important for students of diverse cultures and backgrounds because it can help students by using things such as speak-to-text, translations, and </p><p>other beneficial resources. These resources help students to comprehend the material being taught as well as provide opportunities for students to give feedback</p><p>on things they otherwise might have trouble conveying. </p></li></ol>]]></description>
