Changes : We were advised by our lecturers to solidify our concept and start designing our floor plans and refrain from the voronoi facade design as it is complex to model with the limited time we have.

Compromises : We had a setback so we all had to meet up on Friday to catch with work.

Changes: Work on our time management skills by timing ourselves in term of our individual responsibilities. Taking a deeper look into the structural services running through the existing building. And search for more precedent studies pertaining to our concept.

Compromises: Helping each other out with some responsibilities even if it doesn't have anything to do with our role to get the job done.

Changes: We tried setting time for a teams meeting and give each other feedback to catch up with work.

Compromises: We had to meet up on a Friday to discuss and work.

Changes: Having our usual team meeting and delegating in terms of roles and responsibilities efficiently. Having less debates about decision that have to be made in terms final design and making a decision.

Compromises: Taking the initiative to take a design and concept idea to the next level as we were a bit behind, and doing some more research into details and materials to finish up our final ideas.

Changes: We had to change how to go about unpacking our concept by doing more hand sketches, drawings and diagrams. Doing more research and understand our concept.

Compromises: Making more time as a team to catch up and sometimes stepping out of our individual comfort zones by trying new ways to conceptual and design, e.g maybe someone who would usually start designing by drawing could jump in conceptual model making.

Changes: Because we fall back into the habit working in isolation, we met up as a group and revisited the programming and

plan and had to re do it but as a group.

Compromises: The compromise is meeting up as a group in our free time and doing the work we had to revisit. And this time instead of delegating and doing work separately we work together in studio and bounce ideas off each other and give each other feed back.
