The starfish is a meal most common in china. They fry it on deep oil and then they break it in two toe eat them. They taste like sea food, most likely like fish. I’m interesed in that meal because it seems enjoyable.

Monkey Brains.
In my personal opinion, this dish is not correct for the animal conservation, because need a kills more monkeys for complacements of a select group of peoples.
