Montego Bay Marine Park is Jamaica's first declared Marine Protected Area (MPA) it consists of two Fish sanctuaries: the Bogue Island Lagoon Special Fishery Conservation Area (Bogue Lagoon) and the Airport Point Special Fishery Conservation Area (Montego Bay Point). Fish Sanctuaries like Pedro Bay are efforts to conserve the islands livelihood for local fishmen and Jamaica's future generations!
