When looking at Belbins Team role descriptions, I found it very hard to pin point my self to just one, as I felt I was a mix of two or three.

If I had to say I was one, I would say I was the 'Monitor Evaluator' because I feel that during the discussions I was looking at it from a strategic mind set, trying to think what would work best and thinking of all options.

I have concluded that a combination of 'Implementer' and 'Teamworker' roles reflect my current contribution to the group as I feel my communication, reliability and my love of a list of outstanding requirements are my strengths so far. This may however develop and change through the presentation process specifically towards completion.

I am personally very happy that the functional skills tests are coming back. This will open doors for so many people that were put off of getting their level 3's.
I really think that quality can still be improved without the gcse's.
