Pinterest has always been my no.1 social media site for storing information, such as holiday outfits, food recipes, new hairstyles etc., I have been using this for a lengthy period which makes the application remarkably familiar and easy to use regarding the e-portfolio. It is an amazingly simple and easy app that tailors to your liking very quickly and in my case very accurately without any hassle. In comparison to pocket, I struggled to find my way through it; it is trickier to use than Pinterest and less aesthetically pleasing. From my personal experience i had a harder time tailoring the content on pocket to suit myself and what i like, even finding articles that i would willingly read was a minor struggle, it took a bigger effort to navigate through pocket than it did to find my way around Pinterest and that is not just because Pinterest is an app that I have already familiarized myself with but because the app is cleverly designed to ask you to choose your top 5 favorite content that you wish to see on your page, this makes it easier to personalize your page. One of the positives i found while using pocket is the ability to highlight certain quotes from articles or posts that you Favour, for example, I highlighted recipes from an article that I found intriguing, there is then a separate page you can go into to see all your highlighted quotes from different articles. This is a clever idea as it makes it easier and provides a direct link back to posts, pages etc. that piqued your interest. This would be a strategic addition to Pinterest and would only further increase its usage by the public.

I faced a few difficulties with using Screenpal, the software refused to run on my laptop but fortunately it favoured my sisters laptop, therefore i had to complete this section of the portfolio on my sisters laptop, which also meant that the video was uploaded on youtube using her name (i was told to make note of this)
