challenges:

• templates are avail, usually will use previous templates and submit until approved --> time-consuming, makes process very tedious

• most are not professionally trained in finance and procurement --> lack of knowledge on how to complete the templates

• lead time quite short, ITQ is usually quite time-consuming

solutions:

• try to split items required up to SVPs so no need to run ITQ

• financial trainings/procurement trainings -- better to have an actual physical class than e-learning (maybe have mandatory trainings?)

• streamlining the ITQ process
