         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.  “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence [sic] to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”<br><strong>Explanation</strong>:<br>the double Jeopardy means you cant be tried for the some crime twice. the do process is that the government has to read yo your rights, they can hold you for 72 hours. if they think you did it they have a hearing were they can give you bail or they set you free, then you can either pay the bail or sit in jail for 8 months until trial. This is saying that they need to read you your rights and do the right things.These are mostly about your rights during the court and if you are in trouble.</div>]]></description>
