I choose Deen Burger Bakar Restaurant as my place to do and finish my task. I choose this place because the restaurant not so far away from my home, it just take 15 to 20 minute to get there. So theres no problem for me to do my task at the restaurant. 

At my first day of siep, the owner of the restaurant just show me the restaurant run everyday. He show me how to open the shop. What we have to buy for the kitchen groceries. He also teach me how to serve the customers and how to help the chief in the kitchen. He also introduced me to the workers and the workers show me and teach me how to be a good worker at the restaurant. My owner always remind me every single day that don’t forget to wear the apron and a cap as a step to maintain the cleanliness of dishes and also the cleanliness of the restaurant. I also need to wear shoes while the working time. I need to arrange chairs and tables for the preparation of restaurant opening. Otherwise i need to assist the section to provide a menu that is shown to be faster and faster the work can be implemented. I learned how to take orders from customers who came to the restaurant. From there i learned how to treat the customers wrath. I feel qiute awkward because the customers in the store are very crowded. And i have to fast to do the work i need to. Sometimes i forgot the order from some customers and that my silly mistake. I am still given the task to take orders from customers because the restaurant owner wants me to be good at doing the job. And i always do my best when given assignment. I did the job and I’m getting better at doing the job. My colleagues also support me so that i can improve my work. Today i was given the different work that i was serving drinking water customers. At the beginning i learned to do the job i was a bit clumsy because i never served drinks for the customers. The restaurant owner believes i can do the job. I took a long time to make the job perfect. The orders received to many and im not usually making drinks in a timely manner. For the next day I’m still doing the same job of providing a drink for the restaurant’s customers. I’m still clumsy in doing the job, but it improved from the day before. I can get used to doing the job and it’s getting better. The repeated training i did made me become more proficent in serving drinks for the customers. Today i was assigned to help the cheft in the kitchen. My job is as a kitchen assistant for the cheft. I learned to prepare the ingredients for cooking and the ingredients needed by the cheft. I learned something else where I needed to remember all the ingredients and tools in the kitchen. I also need to be aware of the situation in the kitchen and listen to instructions from the cheft if he needs the necessary tools or materials. Today i continue my previous job as a kitchen assistant at the restaurant. I did a lot of exercise to remember all the equipment and materials I remembered. But its not that easy for me to remember and it requires recurring training and guidance from the restaurant owner. Today is the day for me to be assigned to cook a burger bakar. I was assigned to make a burger bakar after 8 days. I was taught how to burn the burger meat. How to be curious if the baked meatis cooked or not. I was taught how to prepare a delicious, tasty burger. It requires carefullness to roast and provide the burger. It looks very appetizing.
