Hard Drive is a non-volatile data storage device which stores all your data. It houses the hard disk where all files and folders are physically located. Data is written to the platter's using magnetic head, which moves rapidly over them as they spin. Internal hard disk reside in a drive bay connected to the motherboard using ATA, SOSI or SATA cable.

Graphic Card is a piece of computer hardware that produces the image you see on a monitor. The Graphics Card is responsible for rendering an image to your monitor, it does this by converting data into a signal your monitor can understand.

PICTURES BELOW SHOWING THE HARD DRIVE AND GRAPHICS CARD

Case- is short for Computer Aided Software Engineering. it is a category of software system that offer tools to automate, manage and simplify the development process. It contains the electronic components used to process data.

Power Supply- This is a hardware component that supplies power to an electrical device. It receives power from an electrical outlet and converts the current from AC (alternating current) to DC (direct current) which is what the computer requires. It also regulates the voltage to an adequate amount, which allows the computer to run smoothly without overheating.

The motherboard -is the main circuit board of the computer and is also known as the main board or logic board. If open a computer, the biggest piece of silicon is the motherboard.

PICTURE BELOW SHOWING THE CASE, POER SUPPLY AND THE MOTHERBOARD

https://gcfcedu-my.sharepoint.com/:w:/g/personal/1920171276_gcfc_edu_jm/ETuf1i4rFitKoZNUE4kUl88Bsuq_knBJkWrPg9g4dovzhw?e=b3Veha

The (CPU) Central Processing Unit also known as simply processor is the main chip in a computer responsible for carrying out all tasks. It’s responsible for telling all the other components in a computer what to do, according to the instructions it is given by the programs (software) running on that computer.
In fact, CPUs exist in many kinds of device apart from computers. If something can run programs, chances are it will have a CPU. For example, phones and TVs have CPUs inside them.
In modern computers, and especially in smartphones, the CPU may sit on the same physical chip as other components. Most modern computer CPUs share a chip with a computer’s graphics electronics (that decides what appears on your monitor). An example of this is the Intel Core i7-7700K.
In smartphones and tablets the chip containing the CPU may also handle phone calls, Wi-Fi, GPS and many other things. Such multi-purpose chips are known as SoCs (system-on-a-chip). An example of this would be the Qualcomm Snapdragon.

Random Access Memory (RAM) is a hardware component found in a electronic devices including computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones. In computers RAM maybe installed as memory modules where as in tablets and smartphones. Ram is typically integrated into the device and cannot be removed.

PICTURES BELOW SHOWING THE CPU AND RAM
