This article related to all of these instructional positions in an elementary school. My favorite point from this article was about being organized in order to set an example for your audience. Your audience, whether that is students or teachers, will learn to copycat the organizational strategies that they are taught. Another important thought in this article was that leaders that are organized are more productive, getting more accomplished.
