Any productive relationship communication helps a new teacher to transition and be grounded in a new environment. Such relationships can lead to a collaborative effort development in faculty meetings and parent-teacher interactions as well.

To be culturally acceptable the students need an environment that can encourage diversity and multiple perspectives for students. For any student that has undergone harassment or trauma, there must be resources and support available in the classroom infrastructure.

It helps to lower the stress level for everyone in the classroom and improves the quality of the workplace.
