<title>I find that this is important to look at as classrooms continue to have high levels of misbehavior in them. I believe this will continue to impact teachers abilities to teach effectively and students ability to learn.</title>

<title>I am a strong believer in finding a mentor and how having that can impact what you can do as a teacher in your classroom. After my time observing classrooms, I could see how impactful it was to the students to see teachers that worked well together. </title>

<title>I think we&#39;re going to see that literacy in the use of AI technology is going to be needed for future generations. As the boom in AI continues, the understanding of the limitations and behind AI is there. That there is a use for it but to not be entirely dependent on it and to use it to think critically. </title>

<title>Having the ability to look at the possible curriculum I will teach prior to finishing my degree would be great! I found the idea giving future educators this chance will help build their confidence and not just blindly going in. </title>

<title>Personal Development is essential to understanding your teaching and how it can impact students in your classroom. I was a bit apprehensive to the use of AI Coach a to help teachers with developing themselves to build instruction practices to assist students individually. However, once they spoke about peer review of their lesson plan, I saw that it was a tool and not the end all be all.</title>

<title>Since my future is working with English Language Learners, I found the article highlighting being able to work with students where English isn&#39;t their first to be important. Having materials that engage, challenge and support every student, including ELLs, is important! </title>

<title>ELLs are prevalent and teachers need to be aware of the potential they will have students in their classroom that will be at a different literacy level. I find that being able to pull the different methods, like scaffolding language and content learning, into the classroom can help these students learn. After my first semester here at K-STATE, I can see how important it is to foster these type of practices.</title>

<title>I do find that we need to be very much aware of our students backgrounds, ethnic and cultural, within the classroom to help foster an environment of healthy learning. Without that students may feel alienated and become unmotivated to engage. Especially if they feel unsafe due to potential racism. </title>
