         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of the 4 outcomes for amino acids in the body is them being stored. When the body does not currently need to use amino acids they can be stored for later use. When they are stored they can also be converted into fats. When they are converted into fats the nitrogen is taken out and the molecule is rearranged to make a fat molecule.</div>]]></description>

The subunits (amino acids) combine to make a new complex food molecule with many subunits. One thing that has to happen in this reaction is a water molecule has to be removed. This reaction happened in the rat's body so they can build up the amino acids from the foods that they eat.</div>]]></description>
