First, I liked a quite good vocabulary range and fluency, however, it was very hard to concentrate on your speech because you didn't pause and didn't stress the meaningful words. Also, it would be very nice if you used signposts such as first, second, third, for example, all in all, as I said earlier, I mean, etc. to lead the listener and to show what the information is more important. Some grammar corrections: do not use prepositions before last year or next week and you don't use Present Perfect when you talk about last year. Check pronunciation of "hazardous" . 
One of the  IELTS speaking strategy is :
1. Introduction (I'd like to talk about....because .....)
2. Background (what happened before the problem appeared)
3. Past ( you tell the story in the past simple)
4. Conclusion ( general recommendation )
