After reading this week's meeting about the three types of meetings, it made me wonder about the expectation of our meetings scheduled twice a week by department. The info-graphic described us to fall in the middle; meetings less often and less debate and the use of our meeting time is for brainstorming was to implement the vision. Looking at our school's model, is this the expectation of the school as well on how we should be using this time? Or is there more expectation of what should be coming out of these meetings?
