I learned a lot about Japanese culture and customs, such as thanking the person who cooked for them before and after meals. I also learned how to pick tea leaves and make takoyaki while staying with a homestay family. The school customs in Japan are also very different from ours; they have to take off their shoes once they enter the school, and lunchtime is also different from ours. These different customs make me feel very curious.

I didn't go to Japan,but I want to learn and know their culture.Because I think it's interesting.If I can go,I want go to universal.

For example, we went to a school in Japan. Japan is very different from Taiwan; school ends at three in the afternoon, and the children go to school by themselves. I made many Japanese friends there; they are very friendly. Even though their English is not good, I still like them very much.

I learned a lot of interesting things in Japan. For example, we went to a junior high school in Japan, which is very different from Taiwan. There, they start classes at eight in the morning and finish at three in the afternoon, but there is no lunch break.I made some new friends there.We also went to a homestay in Japan, where the people would chat with us and tell us about Japanese traditional culture.

That day when we visited Uji Junior High School, many people were there to greet us in the gymnasium. At first, we were very nervous because of the language barrier and the unfamiliar environment, but they are very kind and warm, and they have taught us a lot. In the end, we became friends.

Speaking of homestays, one must mention the very natural environment. When we arrived, we were very surprised by that. The parents there are very friendly. They took us for walks near the homestay and also took us to see cows, vegetable gardens, and tea plantations. They took us to experience the traditional Japanese simplified card game and brush matcha, and we also helped to make curry rice for dinner. At the farewell, everyone was reluctant to part.

On this journey, we experienced a lot of traditional Japanese culture, learned a great deal of history, and improved my language skills, which benefited me immensely.

During this trip to Japan, I learned a lot of Japanese culture and their customs. For example, they must say something before having a meal. If you don't, they will think you are rude.

I found that the people in Japan is really polite. They always keep the words please, thank you, and sorry on their lips. We need to learn from them, Taiwanese is sometimes impolite.
