A lot of his YouTube videos are very eye-catching such as the one titled, "30 Days of Wearing My Trash in Los Angeles" where he goes around the city of Los Angeles wearing bags of trash to show people the amount of waste they actually produce. Rob has a strong belief that we should all strive to keep the environment clean and live a sustainable without producing tons of waste.

Sharing experiences of others help people place themselves in other people's shoes and be empathetic. The video I posted about him wasn't anything too informative where most of his other content is, it's mostly a fitting video I picked since it seemed like a good way to introduce him as a content creator for people who have never watched him. He is always trying to spread information about other fake fitness influencers who show unrealistic standards, where they are not transparent about PED (performance enhancing drugs) usage. He looks into fad diets and how they can hurt people more then help them and try to show the simple facts about how to get healthy and stay in shape. He's someone who believes that anyone can get in shape no matter who you are, we need more people like him to show how not everything is what it's made out to be by the fitness industry where people gain things like depression, body dysmorphia, and eating disorders because of not only the lack of information they get, but the amount of misinformation they can get from influencers just trying to shill normal people out for money. Health is extremely important for people and you shouldn't neglect your body because you only get one. He started the channel to fund money to give back to the orphans and cook them food. He loves to cook and take care of the children. You can even donate and his team will get the orphans clothing, food, school supplies, and birthday gifts. Unfortunately, on October 27, 2019, he passed away from a lung infection. His grandchildren still make videos and donate all the money to the orphans. They want his memory to live on forever. A lot of tourists will exploit the land and not respect it's people, and because of this and with the rise in covid cases when people are traveling many of the people of Hawaii are becoming ill. Bretman and Cliff discuss the importance of showing respect for the native people and the land that they are traveling to.
