One child began to show frustration because another child popped the bubble he was headed towards to as well. The child reacted frustrated by yelling at the other child and pushing him by using his hands.

He would hit them even when they were playing nicely and it would become more aggressive when he was angry. She did not like the idea of having a new person there. She would cry the whole time I was there and would try to hide from me. The teacher would sit in front of her and say, "I see you are upset, but your body is safe and no one is going to hurt you." After the first week, she was comfortable with me being in the classroom. She was actually one of the children who would always try to be with me towards the end of my student teaching.

One of them was when a child really enjoyed playing with a toy. He usually always had it or was playing with it. However, one day he left it in the middle of the classroom and was playing with another toy. Another child came over and started using the toy. Immediately he saw and ran to the child and took it away. I approached calmly and got down to eye level. I said "excuse me, your classmate had the toy, its not nice to take away the toy." I proceeded to grading the toy from the child that took and gave it back to the child that had it. The other child got really upset. The good thing is that the teacher was wearing glasses and her eye didn't get hurt as bad. Luckily, he did not break her glasses. The teacher pretended to cry so the little boy went up to her and kept calling her name because he didn't know how to respond. The teacher kept pretending to cry until the little boy took off her hands from her face and say her name and gave her a hug.
