However, here are my reflections and plans on the area I need to work on next:
I am thrilled with TET-SAT tool and I find it accurately reflects my level of TET-competence. I find it extremely useful because it helps to identify which competences I need to improve and work on and I can clearly see if I am on the right track.  The areas I need to develop next concern Digital citizenship (especially health and environment part) and Digital communication and collaboration (Sharing information and resources with students) as well as Digital pedagogy (ICT-supported assessment). National resources are not yet available for Croatia, so I would be happy to help translating and developing them for Croatian language. The European resources, however, are well made and useful for eduaction professionals. 
After my self-assessment,my foundation plan is to improve the areas where I have scored less than 50% competence levels.
I found that it takes more time to do the self-assessment, especially to think of examples from practice and reflect upon them, even though I felt I had the competence. The wording was not difficult to interpret, but for some examples I would combine the two categories - for some of them I found that I did both, but I put myself to the lower one in those cases. The tips that I would give to other teachers who want to try out TET-SAT are to take time when doing the self-assessment and do it when you are rested and have time to reflect upon your practice.
