2.  I will group students by their readiness levels.

3. I will provide differentiated instruction by content, process, product, and/or learning environment to meet my students' needs.

4. I will provide the opportunities for all students to "stretch" beyond their current levels.

5. I will foster the beliefs of growth mindset in my classroom and teach my students to focus on their growth by providing them opportunities to understand their own data.

At the institute day in reflect on the changes I have implemented to that point, and what needs to be done to continue my work.
