In one of his examples he talks about the song Copacabana, which is infamous for its ability to get stuck in your head. I agree with his philosophy about its repetition because whenever someone even mentions the song, it gets immediately stuck in my head.The hook of the song seems to be created with repetitive rhythm sections in order for the song to ingrain itself in you.
