O.M.G.!!! I can’t believe how insecure so many girls are!

Wait, that’s a bit negative to start. But this is why I say it; I’ve got a pretty good reason too…

So it all starts when I was walking in the corridor and I heard the sound of someone crying. So I decided to investigate and followed it. I found the source; a girl was holding her phone, on which there was an Instagram post of a model, and she was sobbing on to it, whispering that she didn’t look anything like that girl. I was just SO appalled. This was a result of Photoshop she was looking at!

THIS IS WHAT THE PHOTO WAS!!! Unbelievable. 

So I’m staring at her wondering what on Earth is up with her until the next period bell rings. So I drag her up by her arm and take her to the corridor. Then as I walk to the next lesson I listen to other girls’ conversations (ok, so I know I shouldn’t be eavesdropping, but I was curious!) and LOADS of girls were looking at photos of other people – Instagram posts from friends, models’ Snapchat stories and all sorts like that. I mean, seriously, do they not have enough self-security to look at themselves?!

I really hope you don't feel too upset about this stuff, in the sense that maybe you feel the same way as the poor girl, who I actually feel really sorry for. To end on a cheery note, I'm really enjoying writing for you guys. Let me know if you are enjoying it too!
