         <title>Il torrone dei morti, o &quot; Muorticielli muolli &quot;</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>è un torrone particolare. <br>Ecco la ricetta :<br>200 gr. di cioccolato fondente<br>400 gr di cioccolato bianco<br>400 gr. di crema di nocciole ( Nutella )<br>200 gr. di nocciole intere<br>Preparazione : <br>Sciogliere a bagnomaria il cioccolato fondente e versarlo nello stampo ( da plumcake ). Spennellare le pareti con cioccolato fuso e riporre lo stampo nel frezeer  per 10 minuti, per far solidificare il cioccolato. Ripetere l'operazione fino ad esaurimento del cioccolato per rafforzare la copertura.<br>Sciogliere il cioccolato bianco a bagnomaria, unire la crema di nocciole e le nocciole ( intere ).<br>Amalgamare e versare il composto nello stampo.<br>Far raffreddare in frigo per qualche ora.<br>Staccare delicatamente il torrone dallo stampo e capovolgerlo sul piatto.<br>Tagliare a fette e servire.<br>Consiglio : è troppo buono, non esagerare nel mangiarlo...<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredienti  per 4 persone :<br><br>400 gr. di fagioli secchi<br>1 gambo di sedano<br>1 aglio<br>passata di pomodoro q. b.<br>sale q.b.<br>pepe<br>rosmarino<br>350 gr. di pasta mista<br>olio extra vergine di oliva  <br>30 gr. di prosciutto crudo<br>1/2 cipolla<br>Materiale occorrente:<br>due pentole<br>coltello <br>frullatore/minipimer<br>Preparazione :<br>Mettiamo in una pentola: olio, aglio, sedano e cipolla, poi aggiungiamo il prosciutto crudo. Facciamo soffriggere e mescoliamo . <br>In un'altra pentola dell'acqua,  saliamo, mettiamo i fagioli e li facciamo lessare finchè non si cuociono ( aggiungiamo ,di tanto in tanto ,un mestolo d'acqua calda). <br>Una volta cotti, mettiamo un mestolo alla volta, i fagioli nella pentola con il soffritto e continuiamo a  far cuocere aggiungendo un pizzico di sale e un po' di pepe.<br>A parte, riempiamo una  pentola  con acqua e mettiamola sul fuoco, raggiunta l'ebollizione, caliamo la pasta e saliamo. A metà cottura  della pasta la scoliamo, aggiungiamo ad essa i fagioli con il soffritto e un  mestolo di purea di fagioli con soffritto, precedentemente frullato. Continuiamo la cottura e mescoliamo. Assaggiamo e quando la cottura ci soddisfa, impiattiamo.<br>Tocco finale, prima di portare in tavola, aggiungiamo rosmarino e pepe <br>Ora leccatevi i baffi... a noi che l'abbiamo preparata e mangiata è piaciuta moltissimo !!!   </div>]]></description>

         <title>Baccalà alla livornese</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Ingredienti per 4 persone :<br>- 4 pezzi di baccalà ammollato ( almeno per 24 h )<br>- olive nere<br>- 4 pomodori pelati ( 80/100 gr.)<br>- aglio<br>- prezzemolo<br>- 7 capperi<br>- farina<br>- olio di oliva<br>- sale<br>- pepe<br><br>Materiale occorrente:<br>padella<br><br>Preparazione :<br>Prendiamo un pezzo di baccalà alla volta ed infariniamolo.<br>Prendiamo una padella in cui mettiamo  olio e  prezzemolo tritato la poniamo sul  gas e  soffriggiamo. Quando l'olio è bollente, caliamo il baccalà, un pezzetto per volta e facciamolo cuocere lentamente, su ogni lato. Una volta dorato, mettiamo il baccalà in un piatto. Nella stessa padella, mettiamo le olive , i capperi e i pomodori , copriamo con coperchio e facciamo cuocere per 10 minuti.<br>Prendiamo dal piatto,  il baccalà , già fritto   e lo mettiamo nella padella insieme alle olive e ai capperi, aggiungiamo sale e pepe e continuiamo per alcuni minuti la cottura con coperchio. <br>A cottura ultimata, impiattiamo,e il baccalà è pronto da gustare...<br>Provatelo!  E,  fateci sapere il vostro parere<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredienti :<br>- patate<br>- sale<br>- olio<br><br>Materiale occorrente:<br>- padella<br>- coltello<br>- spatola<br>- carta assorbente per uso alimentare<br><br>Preparazione:<br>Peliamo le patate e tagliamole a fette. <br>Versiamo in una padella un bel po' di olio ( abbondante olio ) e mettiamo sul fornello acceso. Quando l'olio è giunto ad ebollizione, versiamo le patate e le facciamo cuocere per alcuni minuti su entrambi i lati. Quando sono dorate e cotte, le togliamo con una spatola e le versiamo in un piatto  precedentemente rivestito con carta assorbente ( per eliminare l'olio in eccesso ). Aggiungiamo un po' di sale e... sgranocchiamo !  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>La devozione alle anime pezzentelle e capuzzelle , ha origine nella seconda metà del '600, quando le epidemie causarono molte vittime. I resti dei miseri,di cui non si conosceva il nome,venivano deposti alle Fontanelle o nella chiesa di S.Maria delle anime del Purgatorio ad Arco e diventarono oggetto della devozione popolare. La gente adottava e curava un capuzzella ( a cap' 'e zì Vicienz , 'e zì Pascal ),e in cambio riceveva : protezione ,favori ,soccorso e fortuna (vincita del lotto).<br>In tempi più recenti, Totó,  il principe della risata, infuse tutta la saggezza e la filosofia di vita napoletana nella poesia  "A livella ".</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>V A<br>The legend<br>... In questi due giorni capita di vedere veri e propri fiumi di persone che si riversano per le strade e affollano i cimiteri. A Napoli, il culto dei defunti è una vera e propria devozione, rappresenta un rituale da rispettare: avvicina il mondo dei vivi a quello dei morti.<br>La curiosità mi ha spinto a ricercare : ho chiesto ai miei genitori, ma ancora di più ai nonni e prechè no, ho indagato anche in rete e son venuta a conoscenza di una  credenza popolare: ... nella notte tra l'1 e il 2 novembre, le anime dei defunti, dopo un viaggio lungo e faticoso,  tornano dall'aldilà. I napoletani ( come al solito astuti ) erano  soliti, lasciare in cucina dell'acqua e del cibo sulla tavola imbandita in modo tale che ogni anima potesse rifocillarsi ed essere ben disposte verso i componenti di quella famiglia.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>V A<br>And the legend continues...<br>I napoletani  erano convinti che ingraziandosi ed ottenendo la protezione dei defunti ne potessero trarre beneficio anche nelle vicende della vita quotidiana. Un proverbio dice " S'adda ave' paura d''e vive, no d''e muorte! " , cioè i vivi , possono nuocere ai loro simili, mentre dai morti non bisogna temere nulla.<br>Una leggenda ( nella nostra zona vene sono tantissime )  vuole che tra il 2 novembre e il 6 gennaio,i defunti vanno in sogno ai propri cari, danno loro consigli, alleviano preoccupazioni, indicano ,suggeriscono numeri da giocare al lotto, aiutano parenti ed amici nelle difficoltà.<br>Si dice che pregando per loro si ottengano aiuti insperati...</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pumpkin Desert<br><br>What You'll Need</div><ul><li>2.5 pounds/1 kilogram pumpkin (fresh, trimmed)</li><li><br></li><li>2 cups sugar</li><li><br></li><li>1 pinch salt</li><li><br></li><li>2 sticks cinnamon </li><li><br></li><li>Garnish: crushed walnuts</li><li><br></li><li>Garnish: Turkish 'kaymak' or <a href="https://www.thespruce.com/what-is-clotted-cream-435423">clotted cream</a></li><li><br></li></ul><div><br></div><div>How to Make It</div><ol><li>The most difficult part of this recipe is the first step - trimming your pumpkin. To begin, cut the top off your pumpkin like a small cap. In the same fashion, cut off the stem at the very bottom.</li><li>Using a sturdy, sharp carving knife, cut the pumpkin from top to bottom making slivers about 2 inches wide at the center.</li><li>Clean out the seeds and soft middle portions and cut off the outer skin of each sliver. Now you should have several crescent-shaped slivers of pumpkin.</li><li>Depending on their length, cut each sliver into two or three pieces. Your goal should be pieces three to four inches long.</li><li>Line the bottom of a large, shallow covered skillet or saucepan with the pumpkin.</li><li>Pour the sugar evenly over the top. Sprinkle the pinch of salt over the top, add the cinnamon sticks and cover the pan. Let the pan rest overnight.</li><li>The next morning, you'll see that the pumpkin has released all its juices. The pumpkin pieces should be nearly covered in their own juice. There should be no need to add any extra water.</li><li>Place the plan still covered on the stove and bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat.</li><li>Let the pumpkin simmer until it becomes very soft and translucent and the juice and sugar are reduced to a thick, syrupy consistency. This can take from one to even two hours. Check the pan frequently to prevent the sugar from burning.</li><li>Once the pumpkin is "candied," let it cool down in the pan for several minutes. Remove the pieces gently and arrange them on your serving platter.</li><li>Discard the cinnamon sticks. Drizzle the extra syrup over the top and refrigerate for several hours.</li><li>Just before serving, garnish your pumpkin pieces with crushed walnuts and a dollop of Turkish 'kaymak,' or clotted cream.</li><li>If you want to spice up your candied pumpkin, you can add whole cloves, cardamom, pieces of ginger and nutmeg to the juice along with the cinnamon sticks before cooking.</li></ol>]]></description>
